Premiere: Cari Lekebusch – 8th Fold

Cari Lekebusch returns to his own H-Productions imprint with a triple header of non-nonsense techno, on Mind Dive. The Waveform Transmitter’s Ste Knight presents the awesome 8th Fold, from the EP.

Fresh off the back of his monumental remix work on Kristin Velvet‘s Friday the 12thCari Lekebusch makes a grand return with his brand new EP, Mind Dive. The package features three techno workouts, which hypnotise and bewilder in true Lekebusch style. The three-tracker is set for release on April 29th, with Cari‘s H-Productions the vehicle.

Today, we present you with an exclusive premiere of track three from the release, 8th Fold, which takes us on a journey through towering mountains of techno, permeated by generous droplets of acid rain. The result is a slick, funky little number that will get any dancefloor in the mood as you build your set.

The two remaining tracks on the album are equally as uncompromising. Mind Dive opens the release with more familiar acid squiggles, layered over a classic techno beat. The track sets the scene for the first half, before taking a moodier tone as it progresses into the second. Track two, Griefer, takes a somewhat Drexciyan tone, with a definite aquatic sci-fi feel to it.
